The actions of the groups against low are nowadays more similar to a bad memory than to a reality, because government and society’s compromise is getting closer every day trying to find the calm and trust that a few years ago we saw almost lost.

Based on the solidarity concept, between civics and the armed forces, Colombia has done and is still doing big efforts which have given back the internal calm and the external trust, as a country that is always worried by defending and making respect the integrity of all the civics an the people who visits the country.

That was one of the most important compromises which the Colombian president Álvaro Uribe Velez took his first presidential period back in 2002 because undeniably the country wasn’t save, all the people felt threaten by all the groups against law that gradually took control and subdued the people in every single corner of the national territory.
